Fordham Law Library Launches Virtual Reference Service
Typing an outline on Stack Six and need to speak with a reference librarian? Studying in Central Park and have a research question? You're in luck... Now you can take a Fordham law librarian with you wherever you go!
In an ongoing effort to serve our patrons wherever they may be, the Leo T. Kissam Memorial Library of Fordham Law School has launched a new virtual reference chat platform. Faculty, students and staff can now use the chat platform to ask a reference librarian for research assistance from anywhere there is an internet connection. Patrons can connect with a reference librarian by simply clicking on the "Ask a Librarian" link located on the law library's homepage.
Chat reference is available during regular reference desk hours. Because this service is intended for our current Fordham Law School community, a username and password is required if a patron wishes to use chat reference from outside of the university's network.
